#thursdaynightupdate --------------------------- Midwest: Midwest: We have had some cold weather this week! It looks like the weather around us is heading into one more week or two of into the 60’s before dropping below freezing at night. It is only becoming more and more promising that @skiswissvalley will be open by #thanksgiving break. Temperatures in the forecast are dropping! Up in northern michigan, the first snow was seen this week in a storm that went on to hit the east. --------------------------- West: @arapahoe_basin and @lovelandskiarea are still going strong and both opened up terrain this week. More resorts out west are starting to move their opening dates forward. This is usually not the case, but we are having a great start to the #skiseason this year!! --------------------------- @arapahoe_basin Lifts: 2/9 Runs: 4/109 Acres: 202/1331 @lovelandskiarea Lifts: 1/10 Runs: 2/94 Acres: 55/1800 --------------------------- East: This week the east had its first major snow! Places like @snowshoemtn and @7springspa are very excited. In the coming weeks, we may have a trip planned out east. More information coming this saturday.
